Please note that we do not offer the possibility of refunding your purchases.
If you wish to make an exchange, make sure the item you received has not been worn or washed, and that it is in the same condition as when you received it.
If you received your products in a Laumara cotton carry bag, please send it back to us as well.
Please note that only our underwear can be exchanged. If the product you want to exchange is no longer available, we will be happy to give you a credit to use in our online store.
All of our other products and accessories are final sales and are not exchangeable.
How to do it?
A problem with the size you have chosen?
No problem! Send us an email at email@example.com with the following information: Last name, First name, Order #, Address, Email and / or Phone number.
Upon receipt of your email, within 4 business days, we will give you all the information you need to return the products to us.
Responsibility for shipping
You are responsible for all costs associated with sending the products you exchange (including customs fees, shipping, etc.). In the event of an exchange, we return the expected products to you within 3 business days of receipt of your package. Additionally, we pay the costs associated with sending your new products.
If you are returning products valued over $50, we recommend that you choose a shipment that includes a tracking number so that we can track your package. If you forget to give us this number or if you did not obtain it, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package, and you will not be reimbursed for it.
We take great care to check each product before sending it to you. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 business days and we will exchange your product free of charge. If the product in question is no longer available in the store, the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you used.
